Fat Tuesday

Lent starts tomorrow and with it, I will be giving up meat, dairy, and alcohol. Prior to now, I’ve cut back on meat and dairy greatly, and when I drink I usually only have 2 or 3 drinks at a time. I want to give up these things completely for lent to be healthier and get closer to getting six pack abs, stronger legs and stronger arms. Basically I want to give my body the means it needs to be stronger, better, faster. If I get anywhere near zuzana awesome, I’ll be very happy. 🙂
